Day 2!

Day 2 has ended and what a full day it was! We started out the day with a training session. We had an early lunch and many servant outreach teams were dispersed throughout Titusville for most of the day. There were Cleaning teams, Employee appreciation Teams and Door to Door teams. We were a part of the Employee appreciation team. Some of us headed out throughout Titusville and showed our appreciation by handing out water, sodas and candy to different employees. Some people had no idea how to take that! Others headed out door to door to tell people about Sovereign Grace and other teams headed out to clean local businesses-a bathroom or if anything else needed cleaning. We came back with many many atories to tell of our experiences! The room was full and the excitement could be felt! It was a great day and if you ask any of us that were there, we would love to tell you how God worked!

We then headed over to Fox Lake Park and met up with a children's home and spent the afternoon into the early evening hanging out with some great kids! There was a water slide and water balloons and a great egg toss (gross!) and if you had been there to look around, it was a very special time! We all fell in love with these kids, and I know for myself, when they stepped out of that van, my heart wanted to embrace them! and that is exactly what the mission x team did! There was great interaction, there was laughing and crying and playing and leaving them was bittersweet.... We did not want the day to end! It was a very full day, but very fufilling! Early evening, everyone headed out to their host homes and made some memories with new friends, then off to bed for another day of adventure!
